As a digital recruiting marketplace, our Data Warehouse (BigQuery + dbt) and analytics stack (Superset + Mixpanel) are crucial for both daily operations and strategic and tactical management decisions. In your role as a Data Analyst, you will be the key to unlocking the stories hidden within our data.


You’ll dive deep into our data ecosystem to identify trends, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations that drive our growth and innovation. Your analyses will empower teams across the company—from product to marketing to leadership—to make data-driven decisions that shape the future of our platform. By creating powerful visualizations, reports, and dashboards, you’ll not only inform but inspire the way we approach our business challenges, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize recruiting across Europe. Aufgaben

  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Dive into our data warehouse (BigQuery) to extract and analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions and growth strategies.
  • Develop Dashboards and Reports: Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations using tools like Superset and Mixpanel, providing teams across the company with real-time insights and a clear understanding of critical business metrics.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand their objectives and translate their needs into data-driven solutions that optimize performance and achieve business goals.
  • Monitor and Maintain Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by conducting regular audits, validating datasets, and troubleshooting discrepancies, making sure the insights we provide are reliable and impactful.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, helping them make informed, strategic decisions that shape the direction and success of our platform as we scale across Europe.

Anforderungen

Must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a data analytics role.
  • Very good knowledge of Python & SQL. Practical experience with a data visualisation and dashboarding tool like PowerBI, Tableau, Superset, or Looker Studio.
  • Good understanding of typical SaaS or marketplace metrics like CAC, CLTV, MRR as well as product metrics (HEART or AARRR) and their implementation.
  • Experience with A/B testing.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with a self-service analytics tool like Mixpanel.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Team

We are a team from 11 nations 🇩🇪🇧🇷🇱🇻🇻🇳🇧🇬🇺🇦🇷🇺🇧🇾🇲🇰🇧🇦🇮🇳, primarily speak English, and love developing great software. Currently, we have around 25 people in our Product & Tech department, consisting of software engineers, QA, data scientists, product managers, designers, and a DevOps engineer.
