As Account Executive you own the full cycle into CMOs and Heads of CRM at household-name brands, from first outreach to signature, with a global territory and both founders beside you. Uncapped commission, a category with no competitor set, and a product clients already build strategy on.

Full cycle, end to end. You find the target, break in, run the commercial conversation and sign the deal.
What you will do

Build pipeline. You engage CMOs, Heads of CRM, Lifecycle, Strategy and Product through LinkedIn, cold outreach, your network, events and trade fairs.

Sell consultatively. Your demos show real competitive insight on live data, never a canned deck. You challenge assumptions, quantify the gap and build the case with the client.

Multi-thread every account. You build relationships from CRM and lifecycle practitioners up to CMO and C-level, so a deal never rests on a single champion.

Close, and close quickly. You steer multi-stakeholder cycles through procurement and legal, negotiate pricing and contracts, and drive them to a decision instead of letting them stall.

Forecast honestly. You keep the CRM current and give us a forecast we can plan the business on. We would always rather hear bad news early.

Grow accounts. Together with Customer Success you take existing clients into new geographies, panels and use cases.

Sell with AI, and sell AI. You use AI to do the work of a larger team. You are also selling an AI-powered product, so you speak the language credibly.

Shape the product. You bring the market back to Product and Leadership and influence what we build next.

You have closed real deals. 2 to 5 years carrying a quota in B2B SaaS, mid-market or enterprise. You can name the deals, the numbers and what you did when a quarter was at risk.

You create your own opportunities. You would rather open doors yourself than wait for leads to land in your inbox, and you are good at it.

You qualify rigorously. You work with a value-based methodology such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message, and you can always say where a deal stands and why.

You keep deals moving. You know how to create urgency with senior stakeholders and you do not let opportunities drift.

You are credible with senior buyers. You hold a CMO's attention, turn data into a business case, and stay composed when a room of senior stakeholders pushes back.
