We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire financial accounting process, from daily operations to strategic financial planning. You will play a key part in ensuring our company's financial stability and growth, working closely with management to provide crucial financial insights.
Aufgaben
- You are responsible for ongoing accounts payable and accounts receivable in DATEV and prepare monthly financial statements.
- You prepare the annual financial statements in close coordination with our tax advisor, analyze the P&L statements and derive reliable recommendations for action from them.
- You create the annual budget, continuously monitor actual costs and manage the monthly liquidity planning by keeping payment flows and cash flow transparent.
- Regular sales and financial reporting, maintaining and further developing forecasts, as well as the audience-appropriate preparation of key figures for internal and external stakeholders are also part of your area of responsibility.
- In addition, you carry out ad-hoc analyses and calculations and provide well-founded decision-making bases.
- In this role, you work closely with management and support them with all financial questions.
Anforderungen
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on accounting/finance or a business administration degree – each with relevant professional experience
- Very confident knowledge of DATEV
- Sound controlling experience
- Very good Excel skills and enjoyment of structured analyses and robust models
- Strong IT affinity and the willingness to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new systems and processes
- A high degree of numerical understanding and analytical thinking
- A structured, independent and reliable way of working
- The ability to work focused and carefully even with changing priorities and time-critical issues
- German and English fluent in spoken and written
