Full Stack Developer (AI Startup)

You'll work closely with our Founder and CTO to evolve our existing MVP into a scalable, production-ready platform. As the first dedicated developer on the team, you'll have direct influence on architecture decisions, technical direction, and our product roadmap. We're looking for someone who wants to fundamentally change how technology consulting is delivered – and who's excited about building the future where humans and AI agents work side by side as integrated teams.

You'll help us create the AI workforce for IT consulting. Not a chatbot. Not a copilot. A full digital consulting team that delivers real projects.

What you'll do:

• Evolve our Multi-Agent AI Platform from MVP to production-grade system
• Full stack development across frontend and backend
• Integrate and optimize LLM-based conversational agents
• Build scalable backend services and API architectures
• Implement real-time features (streaming, tool-calling)
• Shape our tech stack and development practices as we grow

Current Tech Stack (will evolve – shaping it is part of your role):

• Frontend: React, Tailwind CSS, Vite, shadcn/ui
• Backend: Node.js/Express (JavaScript), PostgreSQL
• AI: Azure OpenAI, Vercel AI SDK, Conversational AI Agents (Streaming/SSE)
• Infrastructure: Azure, GitHub Actions

Must Have:

• 5+ years in full stack development – you've shipped real products
• Solid foundation in modern web tech – React, Node.js, and relational databases (or equivalent experience you can transfer)
• AI-first mindset: You already use AI tools daily in your workflow – not because it's trendy, but because it makes you better
• Builder mentality: You'd rather ship something imperfect today than plan something perfect for months
• Ownership: You don't wait for tickets. You see what needs to be done and you do it.
• Hungry to learn: We hire for attitude and train for skills. If you don't know something, you figure it out.
• You've built something from scratch before – in a startup or on your own
• Fluent in German and English

Nice to Have:

• You've worked with AI/LLMs before – APIs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering. If not, you're obsessed with learning it.
• Azure Cloud experience – bonus points if you've actually shipped something on it
• You've survived (and thrived in) an early-stage startup before
• Side projects, open source contributions, or something you built just because you wanted to – we love people who can't stop building
