International Sales Development Representative m/f/d

As an International Sales Development Representative at Building Radar, you will play a key role in driving our international expansion. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, build high-quality sales pipeline and help shape our go-to-market strategy across new markets.

This role goes beyond traditional sales development. You'll combine hands-on outbound sales with market research, strategic experimentation and the freedom to turn your own ideas into measurable results.

• Drive International Outbound Sales: Identify high-potential companies across international markets, find key decision-makers and engage them through personalized outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Build & Qualify Pipeline: Understand prospects' challenges, business goals and buying signals. Turn meaningful conversations into qualified opportunities and high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.
• Shape Our Go-to-Market Strategy: Explore new markets, customer segments and outreach approaches. Test messaging, analyze results and help build scalable outbound playbooks that accelerate international growth.
• Own Your Initiatives: Take responsibility for your own campaigns and market development activities. Spot opportunities, experiment with new approaches and drive your ideas from concept to measurable pipeline impact.
• Create Messaging That Converts: Develop compelling outreach sequences, sales materials and personalized messaging that resonate with different industries, markets and decision-makers.
• Leverage Data, AI & Sales Tools: Use CRM systems, sales automation and AI-powered tools to optimize prospecting, improve workflows and make our outbound efforts smarter and more effective.

• First SDR / GTM Experience: You already have hands-on experience in sales development, business development or a comparable go-to-market role, ideally in B2B SaaS. Experience with international prospecting, cross-border outbound or developing new markets is a strong plus.
• Strong Communication Skills: You know how to engage prospects, ask the right questions and communicate value clearly. Fluent English is essential; German or another European language is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You take initiative, identify opportunities and enjoy turning ideas into action. You're comfortable taking ownership of your work and learning from results.

At Building Radar, our Sales Team is at the forefront of connecting innovative technology with the people who can benefit from it. You'll engage with industry leaders, uncover their challenges and help them discover new ways to drive revenue through smarter sales processes.

As an International SDR, you won't just follow an existing playbook. You'll help improve it. You'll work closely with our Account Executives and Sales Team to explore international opportunities, exchange market insights and develop outbound approaches that deliver results. You'll have the opportunity to sharpen your sales skills while gaining hands-on experience in international go-to-market strategy, market development and sales technology.
