Aufgaben
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and actively engage in the lead generation process.
- Full Sales Process Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, ensuring a smooth transition through each phase.
- Value-Based Selling: Utilize value-based selling techniques, emphasizing the measurable benefits our solutions bring to clients.
- Contracting and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and manage contracts effectively, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit for both parties.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market challenges, and opportunities to strategically position our product.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving sales targets.
Anforderungen
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in SaaS or technology-based sales environments.
- SaaS and B2B Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to sell standardized SaaS solutions in a B2B context, with a clear understanding of the sales cycle and customer acquisition.
- Knowledge in Contracting: Strong capability in contract negotiation and management, with an understanding of legal and financial implications.
- Value-Based Pricing Proficiency: Experienced in applying value-based pricing strategies and showcasing the solution's value proposition effectively.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
