Product Manager – Growth

🚀 Our goal is to build Europe's biggest job and recruitment marketplace. Join us as our next product manager on this journey, championing acquisition and growth for the talent side of Instaffo. You will be working in a small, cross-functional product team with high autonomy and focus on outcomes over outputs.

• The main focus of your team will be anything that relates to acquisition and growth for the talent side of Instaffo.
• This role will have a strong focus on driving impact through conversion optimization and growth hacking. You will be able to experiment and test a lot.
• You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth by working on acquisition features that are designed to attract talents to use our product.
• By creating a positive first impression and showcasing the value of Instaffo your focus will be put on opportunities around our talent acquisition. Currently, this is mostly driven by performance marketing and active sourcing.
• We are working with OKRs throughout the whole company. You will be responsible for ensuring continuous progress towards reaching the key results of your team.
• You will be working closely with our performance marketing and active sourcing teams as they are responsible for generating awareness.

• 3 years of experience in a product management role for a software product in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering business impact and user value through experimentation: Hands-on experience in quantitative product research and product optimization techniques like A/B testing. Ability to make data-informed decisions.
• A good overall understanding of the acquisition funnel for software products or apps, including performance marketing, tracking and attribution.
• Passionate about solving real-world problems for our users using technology.
• Experience in working with agile engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills.

At Instaffo, we work in small and cross-functional product teams. Your role will be in a new team which focuses on acquisition and growth for the talent side of our job marketplace. The team currently consists of an experienced product designer (🇧🇷), tech lead (🇮🇳) and 2 developers (🇩🇪🇧🇦). There are two other product teams with which you will work closely in order to ensure an exceptional and consistent user experience.

We are very international and therefore use English as our primary working language.

1. You will have a 20-30 minute call with HR. The purpose of this call is to find out whether our requirements match & give you the opportunity to get to know Instaffo a bit closer.
2. If we both decide to move on further, the next step is a 1-hour interview with Nikolai (CTO) and Jan (Senior PM). We will deep-dive into product development at Instaffo & the PM role.
3. As the last step, you will complete a small, practical case study (2-3 hours of time investment) and present your results. If possible, we would like to use this opportunity to get to know you face-to-face in our offices in Heidelberg!
