IT Engineer (m/f/d)

Our extensive know-how ranges from individual components to complete solutions and our products are used by civil and military air navigation service providers, government agencies, civil aviation authorities and airlines in more than 55 countries worldwide.

• Setup of High Availability (HA) IT Systems for the Aeronautical Industry using standard commercial products, such as HP, Cisco or Linux
• Installing Linux on a cluster for providing high available services 
• Configuration of network components and serial connections
• Commissioning of systems at customer site 
• System Administration training for clients in projects

• A successfully completed technical education (e.g., Computer Science) or other equivalent relevant professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of Linux operating system (RedHat preferred) in an HA environment
• Knowledge of MS Windows clients, network equipment and server hardware (MS Server 2019 or later and active directory)
• Structured and organized approach to work with a hands-on attitude
• Working as a true member of the IT team
• Very good English knowledge
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
