We are looking for highly motivated Account Executives  to build up Uniyr’s business activities globally.



Tasks

Sales Presentations. Deliver compelling product and service demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions.


Relationship Management. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and upselling opportunities.


Negotiation and Closing. Manage contract negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.


Account Planning. Develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.


Cross-Department Collaboration. Work with marketing, product and customer success teams to align sales strategies with border company objectives.


Pipeline Management. Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.


Prospecting and Lead Generation. Identify potential opportunities in defined target accounts together with our BDR and Marketing teams.



Requirements

  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
  • You enjoy talking to people and are great at creating trust. 
  • You are a great listener 
  • You have experience working with Key Accounts and a structure and methodology that can be applied when taking on a new set of Customers
  • You manage time and is a self-starter
  • Minimum 5 years plus of software sales experience and/or partner management experience
  • Track record of creating and closing business
  • Driven and focused
  • Results-oriented and ambitious
  • Organized, dependable and motivated
  • Flexible in working hours to work with Partners in different time zones
  • Fluent in English with an understanding of German is desirable but not essential.

The Account Executive with work with colleagues across Europe and US.
