Als Business Development Representative (BDR) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle beim weiteren Wachstum von comstruct. Du bist der erste Kontakt zu potenziellen Kunden, legst damit den Grundstein für unseren kommerziellen Erfolg und treibst die Expansion in bestehende und neue Märkte aktiv voran. Business Development ist bei uns der wichtigste Hebel, um comstruct zu skalieren – mit deinem praxisorientierten Ansatz öffnest du Türen zu den spannendsten Bauunternehmen Europas.

Tasks

Du akquirierst mittelgroße Bau-Unternehmen (50-200 FTE) als unsere Kunden
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Account Executives zusammen und stellst einen zentralen Bestandteil unseres Erfolgs im deutschen SMB-Markt dar
Du führst eigenständige Marktanalysen im B2B-Bereich durch und identifizierst potenzielle Kunden & Partner
Du entwickelst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Product-Marketing-Team Vertriebsmaterialien
Du optimierst Deine Outreach-Prozesse kontinuierlich - smart selling wins!

Requirements

Du hast erste Internships im GTM, Business Development oder Sales absolviert und hast idealerweise schon Kunden betreut
Du hast den Anspruch, die/der Beste zu sein und hast eine starke Hunter-Mentalität in einer äußerst anspruchsvollen Branche
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher Sprache (C2)
Du sprichst gern mit Kunden, hast Freude daran, Menschen zu überzeugen, und arbeitest gewissenhaft, sodass sich Kundinnen und Kunden auf dich verlassen können.
