How does Instaffo work? 🤔

Instaffo is a smart job platform that matches you with active roles. Chat with companies or let them message you first — whatever feels best. It's free for talent, and while many roles are in Germany, you'll also find remote options across EU time zones.

How much does it cost to use Instaffo? 💰

Instaffo is completely free for job seekers. No subscriptions or hidden costs.

Can my current employer see me? 🔒

No. You decide who sees your profile. Your current employer (and others you want to block) are excluded.

How long does it take for a company to respond to my application and who do I talk to? 💬

You will usuaully receive a response from the employer within 24 hours via the chat on our platform. And don't worry, you won't be talking to any headhunters or recruitment agencies.

Do I need to live in Germany? 🌍

Not necessarily. Many jobs are based in Germany, but some allow remote or hybrid work. Most companies look for candidates in EU time zones, and some expect German language skills.
