Tasks

Verantwortung für die laufende Hauptbuchhaltung
Kontenabstimmungen und Buchung komplexer Geschäftsvorfälle
Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresauswertungen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung steuerlicher und rechtlicher Vorgaben
Zusammenarbeit mit der Steuerberatung und externen Partnern
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines aussagekräftigen Controllings
Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen
Kostenstellen- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
Unterstützung bei Preis-, Vergütungs- und Vertragskalkulationen
Mitarbeit an strategischen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Requirements

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling und/oder in der Finanzbuchhaltung (DATEV)
Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungs- und Controlling-Software sowie MS Excel
Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
Teamfähigkeit sowie klare, wertschätzende Kommunikation
