Fullstack Developer (Founding Team) (f/m/d)

You'll build the core of Caidera's platform, from intuitive frontends to the AI agents that power our compliance engine. Your work directly shapes how leading Life Sciences companies create and approve their marketing content.

This is not a maintenance role. You design, you build, you ship. Every week. You work closely with our CTO Daniel and two engineers in a setup where good ideas win, not seniority. We run our entire workflow on Claude Code and modern AI-native tooling. You'll feel that from day one.

From intuitive frontends to the AI agents powering our compliance engine, you own the full stack. Your code runs in production at Bauerfeind, Takeda and Sysmex from day one.

You work closely with Daniel, our CTO, and two engineers. No layers, no ticket hell. We run our entire workflow on Claude Code and modern AI-native tooling.

As part of the founding team you also receive a VSOP package, because you should participate directly in what you help build. We talk through the details transparently in our first conversation.
