Als People & Talent Acquisition Partner bist du verantwortlich für das technische Recruiting und wirkst gleichzeitig als erste Ansprechperson für HR relevante Themen in München vor Ort. Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zur VP People (remote) und sorgst dafür, dass Themen aus dem Münchner Büro schnell und effizient adressiert werden.

Tasks

End-to-End Recruiting für technische Positionen (Halbleiter, Photonics, Optical Computing)
Active Sourcing im Deep-Tech-Umfeld
Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern
Steuerung des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses
HR-Ansprechperson vor Ort in München
Schnittstelle zur VP People (remote)
Unterstützung bei Onboarding und lokalen HR-Themen
Übernahme von Office-Management-Aufgaben (z. B. Post annehmen und verteilen, Organisation des Büroalltags)
Weiterentwicklung von Recruiting- und HR-Prozessen

Requirements

Erfahrungen im Recruiting, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld
Kenntnisse in Halbleiter-, Photonics- oder ähnlichen Bereichen von Vorteil
Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationsfähigkeit
Eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, operative Aufgaben im Büro zu übernehmen
Präsenz in München
