Werde Teil unseres People & Culture Teams und agiere an der Schnittstelle zwischen Humanpsychologie und modernster Technologie. Setze deine Mission in drei Dimensionen um:
Baue das Netzwerk auf: Etabliere dich als vertrauenswürdiger Partner für unsere Hiring Manager und hilf ihnen, das perfekte Match zu finden.
Treibe die Innovation voran (Die Zukunft)
Unterstütze uns dabei, TA von einem Prozess in einen strategischen Vorteil zu verwandeln:
KI als Assistent: Teste und implementiere neue KI-Tools, um unser Recruiting smarter, schneller und effizienter zu gestalten.
Die Maschine optimieren: Verfeinere die Workflows in unserem ATS TeamTailor und etabliere Automatisierungen, die Zeit für das schaffen, was wirklich zählt – die Menschen.
Das Paradigma verschieben: Unterstütze uns beim Übergang zu skills-basierten Hiring-Frameworks und datengestützten Entscheidungen.
Verstärke die Marke (Die Sichtbarkeit)

Flexible Working Hours
An “honour system-based” approach to working hours: You can determine your own work start and end times, as well as the time you take breaks, between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on workdays (Monday to Friday).
