Für unsere Holding in München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Verstärkung unseres Accounting Teams eine/n Senior Accountant/Accountant (m/w/d).
Tasks
- Finanzbuchhaltung & Sonderfälle: Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle sowie spezieller Sondersachverhalte
- Abschlusserstellung: Erstellung von Quartals-, Halbjahres- und Jahresabschlüssen inkl. Intercompany-Abstimmungen mit verbundenen Unternehmen
- Berichtswesen & Meldungen: Aufstellung von Jahresabschlussberichten sowie Vorbereitung und Übermittlung gesetzlicher Meldungen
- Kommunikation & Abstimmung: Interne Abstimmung mit Geschäftsführung und Kollegen sowie externe Korrespondenz mit Steuerberatern, Behörden und Gemeinden
- Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Effizienzsteigerung interner Abläufe
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB)
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV von Vorteil oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System sowie MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, hohe Gewissenhaftigkeit sowie Team- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Team
Wir sind Teil des Finance & Accounting Bereichs und verantworten speziell die Buchhaltung der Mutares Finanzholdings (Tochtergesellschaften).
Aktuell besteht unser Team aus zwei festangestellten Mitarbeitenden sowie einer Werkstudentin. Einer der Mitarbeitenden arbeitet remote aus Rumänien, was unsere internationale Zusammenarbeit und Flexibilität unterstreicht.
