As Head of Growth & Marketing, you’ll be responsible for driving our entire demand generation strategy — from top-of-funnel awareness to conversion. You’ll work 70% hands-on and 30% strategically: building campaigns yourself, testing new growth experiments, and gradually developing a team of specialists.


Tätigkeiten

  • Strategy & OKRs: Develop a quarterly marketing and growth strategy and translate it into clear OKRs and measurable initiatives.
  • Content & Storytelling: Lead content across LinkedIn, Blog, YouTube, and founder-led growth initiatives, while building community through webinars and events.
  • Funnel & Campaign Development: Drive lead generation through outbound, paid channels, and SEO. Build website structures, landing pages, lead magnets, and run webinars and email automation campaigns fully integrated with sales.
  • Data & Analytics: Set up tracking and performance dashboards, run data-driven experiments, and establish growth loops.
  • Traffic & Demand Generation: Execute performance marketing across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. Drive SEO growth, leverage AI-powered content ranking, and build partnerships and influencer collaborations.
  • Conversion Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and optimize funnels and user experience.
  • AI Enablement & Automation: Leverage GenAI for research, copywriting, and content creation. Automate processes with n8n/make and use data enrichment for personalized outreach sequences.

Anforderungen

  • T-shaped marketer with experience across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on mentality with a passion for experimentation.
  • Experience in leading a team or strong motivation to build one.
  • Analytical mindset, ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and data workflows.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS funnel from awareness to conversion.
