Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer (m/f/d)

As part of the Group CISO team, you will help design, implement, and maintain the company’s Saviynt IGA platform in a Cloud-first / SaaS environment, ensuring secure and compliant identity lifecycle management.

• Design, implement, and integrate IAM/IGA solutions across applications and systems
• Automate and manage user lifecycle and access workflows (Joiner–Mover–Leaver, provisioning, recertification)
• Configure IAM tools, implement access policies, and maintain RBAC/ABAC models
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and Security teams to ensure consistent IAM practices
• Support audits, compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives

• Relevant hands-on IAM experience (Saviynt; other IGA/IAM tools a plus); a university degree is beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity governance, and directory services
• Skilled in automation/integration scripting (REST APIs, JSON, XML)

• International environment with modern technologies and flexible working models
