• End-to-end ownership of AI agents from ideation to rollout.

• Enable media automation: identify opportunities where AI reduces manual effort, increases speed, and improves accuracy.
• Understand real-world AdOps problems: translate them into agent-driven solutions.
• Continuously optimize agent performance through measurable outcomes and feedback loops.

• Bring AdTech and AdOps expertise – ideally with experience on the supply side.
• Have hands-on experience with AI products and automations, from prototypes to production.
• Combine technical fluency with strategic thinking – balancing detail with vision. You understand APIs, data flows, and system integration.
• Can translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements.
  You are skilled at stakeholder management and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Carry a growth mindset: curious, fast, pragmatic, and hands-on. You thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments where ambiguity is the norm and experimentation is expected.
