Senior E-Commerce Projektmanager (m/w/d)

As an eCommerce Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with clients, developers, designers, and marketing teams to bring our clients' eCommerce visions to life. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape.

• Project Management:
  Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning and scoping to final delivery and post-launch analysis.
• Client Communication:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Team Coordination:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Timeline and Budget Management:
  Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and monitor budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure all deliverables meet our high standards of quality and align with client expectations.
• Risk Management:
  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Reporting:
  Provide project reports and performance metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within an eCommerce or digital agency environment.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Shopware).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team and communicate in an international environment.
