As our (Senior) Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of building a scalable, sustainable customer acquisition engine. Your focus will be on fuelling consistent revenue growth by driving brand awareness, generating qualified pipeline, and optimizing conversions across the funnel.
This role goes beyond lead generation: you're a digital marketing strategist who connects channel performance to business goals. From shaping full-funnel campaigns to refining conversion touchpoints, you’ll play a key role in scaling our growth and driving qualified leads in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
How You Succeed
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy that aligns with each stage of the buyer journey and reflects the information interests of our B2B target group.
- Create, manage, and continuously optimize high-quality conversion points (e.g. landing pages, ad campaigns, newsletter sponsorships) to boost visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Optimize our website for SEO, LLM discoverability, and conversions.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic priorities.
- Support PPC campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate high-intent leads and complement organic performance.
- Partner with sales on ABM campaigns to engage and convert target accounts.
- Build and refine lead scoring and nurture campaigns to ensure timely, efficient handover of qualified leads to sales.
Monitoring & Optimization
- Set up clear performance tracking to monitor campaign performance across key metrics like SQLs, opportunities, and conversion rates.
- Own and optimize the growth marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance data and derive actionable insights to continuously improve our growth strategy and optimize user engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g. developers, freelancers, agencies) to implement technical SEO, CRO, LLM & SEA improvements.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Work cross-functionally with sales to ensure relevant messaging and alignment across growth formats and channels.
- Take ownership of timelines, stakeholder coordination, and campaign planning cycles to ensure consistent and strategic execution.
- Share performance updates, learnings, and strategic adjustments in a clear and structured manner with relevant stakeholders.
- You have experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS start-up or scale-up.
- You balance hands-on execution and strategic thinking.
- You are proficient with CRM (ideally HubSpot) and CMS (ideally WordPress) platforms, SEO, CRO, and LLM optimization.
- You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
- You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
- You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
- You must speak German at level C2.
