(Senior) UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

Good user experience and ease of use of our solutions is a key goal of Cinemo and we are currently looking to enhance this with a motivated UX/UI Designer. You will help us to create, design and implement our solutions with good UX and UI at their core. This role requires a technically skilled person with a high comprehension and the ability to align software engineering, business and user demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

In this role, you will:

• Work as a member of UI/UX Designers team 
• Work closely with Product Owners and Engineers to enable the best User Experience 
• Design User-flows, low- and high-fidelity Wireframes, interactive prototypes, and overall design architecture 
• Create and maintain consistent design system and UI components for our products
• Conduct usability tests and integrate the feedback into updates and optimizations
• Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user’s ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company products and propose new product innovations

What you will need to succeed:

• Several years of experience in creating UX design with a focus on usability
• Comprehensive portfolio that demonstrates the work made for both B2B and B2C markets
• Ability to design visually appealing interfaces, propose user flows and discuss technical requirements with software engineers for various platforms, including Web and Mobile Apps 
• Expertise in creating and maintaining cohesive and scalable design systems
• Fluent in English
• Design UI-animation and micro-interactions or experience in designing media applications and addressing associated challenges would be a plus
