We have flexible working hours and self-determined vacation days to enable you to manage your own productivity. With our hybrid work model, you can split your time between home and the office – as long as you’re in the office 3 days per week for in-person collaboration. We also offer further flexibility for parents of young children and talents with severe disabilities or health conditions.

On top of our flexible hours and hybrid setup, you’ll be able to spend up to 20 working days outside of Germany in selected countries.
