As a (Senior) Account Executive at Lucanet, you will sell to our prospects with all the benefits of our software solution and be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from sourcing to closing the deal. In addition to acquiring new customers in your region, you will also increase growth and awareness in these important regions. This position will give you the opportunity to present our innovative solutions and build relationships with customers that are focused on long-term success.

Team
Our dynamic sales organization is over 100+ employees, spanning multiple locations globally. You would be joining our global Account Executive team, reporting directly to the Regional Director for the DACH region. You’ll join a focused team of 10 within that region, who are responsible for selling our diverse range of products to new customers.

Our interview process starts with an initial call with our Talent Acquisition team. This is followed by a three-stage interview process, which includes two competency-based interviews with our leadership team and concludes with a cross-functional values-based interview.
