As a (Senior) Customer Success Manager, you will guide customers through their sustainability management journey, deepen partnerships with key stakeholders, and ensure our offering delivers tangible, long-term value.
You will own your customer portfolio and work directly with sustainability professionals and executive leaders – not only to support implementation, but to act as a strategic advisor who helps them connect sustainability goals with business value. Internally, you will help refine how we do Customer Success at Tanso and use your insights to drive better products, smarter processes and stronger customer outcomes.
