We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to join us as the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Operations. This individual will lead a marketing automation team responsible for leveraging our technology to execute impactful campaigns and drive operational excellence. This role owns the strategy and architecture of our demand generation and ABM technology ecosystem, centered around HubSpot. This includes direct ownership of our ABM platform, intent data signals, lead scoring models, and reporting systems. The ideal candidate is a player-coach with expert-level knowledge of HubSpot, a passion for building an efficient marketing engine, and a proven ability to lead a team that turns strategy into flawless execution.  


Tasks

Leadership & Strategy:  

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing automation team responsible for campaign execution, marketing automation, and operational support. 
  • Develop and own the strategic roadmap for our HubSpot-centric technology stack, ensuring it enables our ABM and demand generation goals. 
  • Act as a key strategic partner to marketing and sales leadership, providing expert guidance on automation capabilities, lead management processes, and data insights. 
  • Manage vendor relationships and budgets for all owned marketing technology platforms. 

HubSpot Ecosystem & ABM Technology Management:  

  • Architect, manage, and optimize the technology stack supporting our demand generation and ABM efforts, with HubSpot as its central platform. 
  • Serve as the primary system owner and in-house expert for HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs), driving adoption and best practices across the organization. 
  • Own the selection, implementation, and management of tools that connect to HubSpot, including our ABM platform, intent data providers, and data enrichment services. 
  • Manage the critical interface and data synchronization between HubSpot, our connected platforms, and our CRM (Salesforce). 

Marketing Activation & Operational Excellence:  

  • Guide the team in activating multi-channel campaigns using the tech stack, including email marketing, webinar programs, and lead nurturing sequences. 
  • Oversee the design and execution of sophisticated automation programs to support the entire customer lifecycle, including lead scoring, routing, and sales handoffs. 
  • Establish and enforce marketing operations best practices, governance, and documentation to ensure scalability, data integrity, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA). 

  

Data, Analytics & Insights:  

  • Own our marketing reporting systems, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure the impact of marketing initiatives on pipeline and revenue. 
  • Translate data from our tech stack into actionable insights for stakeholders, identifying opportunities for program optimization and strategic pivots. 
  • Champion a data-first culture within the marketing team, enabling them with the reports and tools needed to measure their own success. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field. 
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related role, preferably in a B2B/SaaS environment. 
  • Minimum 3+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record of developing talent. 
  • Expert-level, hands-on experience with the HubSpot platform (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub), including building complex workflows, custom properties, and reporting. HubSpot certifications are highly preferred. 
  • Deep experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred) and managing the integration and data synchronization between marketing automation and CRM. 
  • Proven track record of designing and managing a complex B2B MarTech stack centered around a core marketing automation platform like HubSpot, including ABM tools and intent data platforms. 
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into a technical and operational roadmap. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and a passion for using data to drive decisions and tell a story. 
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Exceptional communication (Fluent English, C1) and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels.
