As the only full-time member of the marketing team, you will take responsibility for the strategic and operational development of our marketing activities. You ensure that our unique selling points (USPs) are visible to the right target audience through the right channels. Together with the sales team, you make sure that potential customers have already heard of us – and are curious when we reach out. You work closely with management and the sales team, manage external service providers, and develop scalable marketing processes for lead generation and brand building.
You are a sparring partner at eye level, bringing strategic clarity, structure, and priorities to our marketing work – and you’re not afraid to ask the tough questions when needed.

Team
You will join our Business Development Team, reporting to the Head of Business Development. On the team are several Account Executives, one person taking care of Sales Operations, and your role. You will also interface very regularly with our Product Management team on topics like personas, ICP's and communication on new products.
Application process
We will start with 2 interviews online (one with the hiring manager, one with a co-founder) as screening. Top candidates will then be invited to meet us in person in our Berlin office.
