Staff Product Manager (m/f/d)

As a Staff Product Manager at Prematch, you drive the strategic and operational growth of our platform and shape the next evolution of how players, clubs, and fans connect. ⚽️

You lead and inspire a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality features and improvements that create real impact. 🚀

• Process Improvement: Continuously improve our product processes and ensure efficient workflows
• Roadmap Execution: Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with our overall business goals
• Cross-Team Communication: Ensure effective communication and collaboration between engineers, designers, and other teams
• User Research: Lead discovery efforts and conduct user research for both existing and new features
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to support data-driven decisions
• Transparency: Create transparency and clarity across the team to improve alignment and execution

• Experience: 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (either leading ICs or managing teams)
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with grassroots football
• Track Record: Proven track record of shipping successful products, ideally mobile apps
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate others, especially during high-pressure phases
• Adaptability: Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Organization: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Hands-On Approach: Willingness to stay hands-on and dive into the details when needed
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (German being a plus)

We are a great and ambitious Product & Tech Team of 15 people.
Within that, 5 team members focus specifically on the Product area - shaping our user experience, product strategy, and feature delivery.
