We're looking for someone who’s excited to build from scratch, not just to manage.
As our first Post-Sales hire, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of the full customer journey — from technical onboarding to long-term success. You’ll work closely with our customers (mainly municipal utilities), help shape how they use our solution in the field, and lay the foundation for our Customer Success function as we scale. If you enjoy working with data — cleaning, transforming, and turning it into something useful — this role is for you. Your impact will be direct, visible, and meaningful.
