Du hast Lust, im direkten Kontakt mit unseren internationalen Kunden (u. a. führende Banken) dafür zu sorgen, dass alles rund läuft? Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und nimmst damit eine zentrale Rolle bei uns ein. In unserem Support geht’s nicht um „Tickets abarbeiten“, sondern um echte Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden. Dein Alltag ist abwechslungsreich: Du löst knifflige Themen, entwickelst Prozesse weiter und hast die Chance, Verantwortung zu übernehmen – vom Aufbau effizienter Supportstrukturen bis hin zur Leitung des zukünftigen Teams.
Tasks
- Du bist unsere First Line of Defense und der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden bei allen Fragen rund um vc trade
- Koordination von Kundenfeedback
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Marketingmaterialien
- Unterstützung unserer Vertriebs- und Projektteams
- Entwicklungspotential: Aufbau unseres First-Level Supports und Leitung des Support Teams
Requirements
- Persönlichkeit, die unsere Digitalisierungsvision teilt
- Service- und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Organisationstalent, hoher Qualitätsanspruch, Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist, hohes Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche / Banking / Sales / Customer Support von Vorteil
- Gute MS-Office Anwender Kenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch

- Hoch motiviertes und internationales Team mit insgesamt 40 Mitarbeitern
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Senior Business Team und den Foundern zusammen
- Flache Hierarchien - du bist eigenverantwortlich für deinen Bereich zuständig und berichtest nur an die C-Ebene
- Familiäre Atmosphäre, tolles Büro in guter Frankfurter Lage und Teamevents sind für uns selbstverständlich
